Everyday Outfits 11/26/17

Hello friends! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! We had a nice time with our neighbors and some of their friends. It was unseasonably warm, but the upside of that was that it was a comfortable temperature to go out for a walk at night without even needing jacket! That's pretty rare here even in the summer. I thought I'd share a few recent outfits while most of the Black Friday sales are still going strong over the weekend. Almost everything is on sale so I didn't go through and denote the sales on every item. Some items are selling out quickly so my apologies if any of the links are already out of date by the time you see this!

Outfit Recap:

Chenille Cardigan, Lace Tank:
Chenille Cardigan | Lace Tank | Jeans | Boots (c/o) | Bag (c/o)

Fit Notes:
This lace tank runs small. I've heard this brand does in general and I'm finding that to be the case (see the dress I have from the same line here). My ultra-comfortable chenille cardigan runs true to size. They just re-stocked this color and the Wren Gray version, so if you missed it when it sold out on Black Friday, now's your chance!

White Tee, Leopard Scarf:
Tee | Scarf | Jeans | Boots | Bracelets (c/o: use code onthedailyx for 10% off any order)

Fit Notes:
This outfit was inspired by an outfit Carylee wore (4th outfit down). She also inspired the purchase my first pair of these boots in grey. I loved them so much I ended up getting two other colors, including this taupe pair. They run true to size, are extremely comfortable and I just found a few colors back in stock at Steals.com for a great price.

(True confession: I actually just ordered this pair from Steals myself. I owned them, then got rid of them during a closet cleanout earlier this year thinking I didn't use them that much. Then I got an email from Pinterest with "some outfits you might like." One of those outfits was me wearing these boots (here's the Pin) and I instantly regretted getting rid of them and hunted them down to re-order! My loss is your gain if you happened to want a pair when they were out of stock!)

This tee runs true to size. The smallest size is a Small which is what I'm wearing and I love the relaxed fit. My black ripped knee jeans are also true to size.

Burgundy Tee, Jeans, Black OTK Boots
Burgundy Tee | Jeans | Over the Knee Boots | Bag | Necklace | Bracelets (Use code onthedailyx for 10% off any order)

Fit Notes:
All pieces run true to size.

Knit Jacket, Tie Side Tank:
Similar Jacket at Amazon or Nordstrom | Side Tie Tank | Jeans | Knee Boots | Crossbody Bag (c/o)

Fit Notes:
My side tie tank, and jeans run true to size. So many reviews for these DV Afton boots from Target said the same two things: 1) the color display for the Taupe version is inaccurate. (True, they are darker in person than online). 2) They run small. This is...kind of true but not entirely. I originally ordered an 8 instead of my normal 7.5. Well, the 8 was definitely too big so I had to exchange them for 7.5. But the 7.5 is a "small" 7.5 if that makes sense. If I'd ordered it first I might have thought I needed a half size up, but now I know for sure the 8 doesn't work. My normal size hasn't been uncomfortable, and I do think it has stretched a bit with wear.

Denim Jacket, Camo Tee:
Similar Denim Jacket at Old Navy and Nordstrom | Similar Camo Tee at Nordstrom Rack,  Gilt  or JCP | Black Jeans | Taupe Mules | Rebecca Minkoff Bag (c/o Shopbop)

Fit Notes:
The only still-in-stock items are my black jeans (true to size), and my taupe mules (I took a half size down). For those who like to know original brands regardless of current availability, my denim jacket is by Mavi jeans and my Camo Tee is by Z Supply.
